Laundry not being cleaned sufficiently and stains not being removed.	Using less detergent than necessary. Wrong washing program selection. High water hardness. Excessive washing water.	Detergent amounts should be checked. Washing times and temperatures should be checked. In cases where water hardness is high, the LUNA SCALE product should be used. Washing water level should be checked.
White laundry becomes gray and hard.	High water hardness. Insufficient rinsing application. Low amount of detergent used. High water level in water. Limescale accumulation in laundry over time.	In cases where water hardness is high, the LUNA SCALE product should be used. For each wash, rinsing should be applied at least three times, for at least 5 minutes and at high water levels. Washing should be done according to the LUNA DRYLIME instructions.
Yellowing of white laundry.	High amount of iron in water. Insufficient rinsing application. Use of high amounts of softener. High ironing temperature. Application of high temperature and long drying process.	Rinsing for each wash should be done at least three times, at least 5 minutes and at high water levels. The amount of softener should be checked according to the instructions. The iron temperature and ironing times should be checked. The drying temperature and time should be checked.
Dyeing white laundry.	Washing colored and white clothes together. Mixing of color-giving foreign substances between white laundry.	Whites and colored clothes should be washed separately.
