Dishes come out stained	Dishes are given to the wash without being sorted in baskets. Deep containers (glasses, cases etc.) are given to the wash without turning the sound. Errors caused by the machine program. Machine temperatures are not at appropriate values. Baskets are not used for small items (forks, spoons etc.). Washing water and rinsing water are mixed. Pre-stripping process is not done. Dishes are left to wait for a long time.	Dishes must be classified and placed in baskets. Deep containers must be turned upside down and placed in the machine. Machine washing, rinsing and drying times must be checked. Pre-wash temperature must be maximum 45°C, washing temperature must be 55°C-65°C, rinsing temperature must be 80°C-95°C. Small materials must not overlap and must be placed in baskets for washing. Curtains between the washing compartment and the rinsing compartment must be checked. Pre-stripping must be applied carefully to each dish. Dishes must be placed for washing without waiting.
Dishes come out wet	Insufficient rinse temperature. Insufficient amount of rinse agent. Insufficient drying temperature.	The temperature of the rinse water should be between 85°-95°. The amount of rinse agent feed should be checked. The adequacy and temperature of the drying fan should be checked.
